Following a competitive tender, Cleanpark were initially awarded a 2 year contract to carry out regular deep cleans of a number of multi-storey car parks throughout Kingston, Surrey. As well as being the most competitive tenderer, Cleanpark also scored highest on the quality criteria following a robust demonstration process whereby tenderers were required to clean a particularly challenging car park surface.

The car parks cleaned included Bittoms (over 800 spaces), Cattle Market (560 spaces) and Rose (417). These were cleaned on a regular programme with at least 6-monthly deep cleans of the car park surfaces.
